Refund and Returns Policy

  1. It should be noted that Personalised goods are not covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and are not eligible to be returned unless faulty.
  2. Plain items maybe returned within 14 days of delivery providing they are in original packaging and suitable for resale. Return carriage costs for exchanges or refunds will be paid when the return is our error, or the material is deemed to be faulty. Return carriage costs are to be agreed with Headmasters Schoolwear before goods are sent as costs will only be reimbursed up to a maximum of £6 unless otherwise previously agreed. Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed.

The purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:

  • Personalised goods.
  • Goods produced as required by the customer.
  • Special order items.
  • Worn items.
  1. Headmasters Schoolwear reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for certain returned plain items.  This will be £10 or up to 25% of the order value, whichever is the greater.  Please check if a restocking fee applies.

Refunds for orders that have been despatched from Headmasters Schoolwear and incurred postage charges these will be deducted from any refund made.

  1. Headmasters Schoolwear reserves the right to attempt to repair/uplift any garments prior to providing a replacement.
  2. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  3. In the event of goods being received with production or manufacturing errors, Headmasters Schoolwear reserves the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at the sole discretion of Headmasters Schoolwear.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

  1. Please check if a restocking fee applies.
  2. If an order is cancelled after 24 hours of being placed any logo set up fees of £10 plus VAT per logo may be deducted from any refund.
  3. If an order is cancelled following the logo sampling process with logo samples being sent from Headmasters Schoolwear to the customer, these will be charged at £10plus VAT per sample and will be deducted from any refund.
